From Documents to Model-based
More and more information that used to be stored in documents is being transformed into models. Historically CM has, therefore, been mainly dealing with documents and not so much with models. This survey will be used to create insights into the impact of a Model-Based Ecosystem on Integrated Process Excellence and CM using a Risk-based approach. These insights will be used to perform a deep dive analysis and generate mitigation strategies. The results of this survey and our analysis will be shared through LinkedIn and the Future of CM Blog and Newsletter at mdux.net.
We really would appreciate it if you take a couple of minutes to take this survey. This survey has 11 questions.
While it is possible to fill in the survey via a smartphone, we advise using a computer or tablet for readability.
If you have any questions feel free to reach out to Martijn Dullaart via a DM on LinkedIn. Or via the comments section. If you want to learn more about the different types of models, check out Models, Models, and more Models…

Do you also wonder how Configuration Management will be impacted by going model-based? What are the risks and opportunities? What will it mean to your CM processes? What requirements should IT tool vendors be made aware of and subsequently support? And what will be the impact to your organization and the people in it? How can you mitigate the risks and how can you prepare your organization to be ready for change?
